30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition and packaging for a full refund.

Message us on WhatsApp (+86 198 2198 8088) or email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll confirm and give you the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — then we cover everything.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale — unless they arrived faulty, in which case the 30-day policy applies in full.
