What materials does ipanda use?
ipanda designs around three material lines: 14k gold vermeil over sterling silver, solid 14k gold, and hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel with PVD coating. Every product page lists its exact materials.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
Solid gold never tarnishes. PVD-coated pieces resist fading and scratching far longer than traditional thin electroplating, which often dulls within months of daily wear. Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and household chemicals, and store them separately — see our Material & Care Guide.
I have a nickel allergy. Is ipanda jewelry safe for me?
Our pieces are designed to meet EU REACH nickel-release limits (under 0.5 µg/cm²/week for prolonged skin contact), and we require nickel, lead and cadmium test reports from suppliers before production. If your skin is highly reactive, choose solid 14k gold or 316L stainless steel — the safest options for sensitive skin.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 12–20 business days worldwide. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping is $15 worldwide. Orders over $99 ship free — no code needed.
Do you ship to the US and Europe?
Yes — we ship worldwide, including the US, Europe, and the rest of the world. Shipping options are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is on us only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you (in millimeters) and match it to a standard ring-size chart — or wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length. If you’re between sizes, size up, especially for wide bands.
What bracelet length should I choose?
Measure your wrist snugly, then add 1–2 cm for a comfortable fit. Tennis bracelets look best with about 1.5–2 cm of ease so the stones lie flat.
